LLC Russolod is a young, vigorously developing company, which was created in August, 2012. The main activity of the company is production and export of a licorice root. The licorice root is widely applied in pharmacology, medicine, food industry, perfumery and cosmetic industry, tobacco industry, in the plants of the Russian Federation, and also abroad, in such countries as the USA, Germany, Poland, Israel, etc.
The company is repeatedly awarded with diplomas of the ministry of the international and foreign economic relations of Astrakhan region for active participation in foreign economic activity of region.
The collection and harvesting of the root is carried out in environmentally friendly areas on the territory of Astrakhan region. Our licorice is of premium quality in terms of glycyrrhizic acid content, which is 10-15%, and ochratoxinA content, which is 0%. Our licorice is considered to be the best in the world, because it grows in the wild fields in floodplains of the Volga River.
