As an independent engineering service provider, HERZOG INTERTEC offers support for developing components and complete assemblies, as well as for manufacturing processes. The customer spectrum ranges from small and medium-sized companies to well-known large corporations in the mechanical engineering, medical technology and automotive sectors. Virtual simulation using the finite element method plays a central role here. In close cooperation with the customer, integrated solutions are developed from the first hand-drawn sketch right through to the functional design and production-ready drawing. HERZOG INTERTEC is also equipped for producing sample parts, prototypes and for practical tests. It is possible to comprehensively simulate and precisely evaluate real operating conditions on flexibly adaptable test benches to test the properties, service life and functioning of the initial prototypes.
