FALCÃO FIBRAS (António Falcão + Fitexar Textile), founded in 1957 and a 100% Portuguese company, is recognized as one of the largest producers of tights and socks. Based in Barcelos, it now belongs to the António Falcão family. The dynamism, quality and expertise acquired in the last 6 decades enabled FALCÃO FIBRAS to implement the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) in 1997, as well as to certify all its products with the Oeko-Tex 100 and GRS Standards. In 2017, the two companies started a sustainability and environmental awareness project with a focus on innovative and value-added yarns that make our product unique and differentiating in the market. Organic and recycled biodegradable products are examples that correspond to an increasingly GREEN trend. In our philosophy, the key to success is continuous improvement! And throughout the 65 years of our history, we have always invested and sought to be at the forefront of innovation. One of our main focuses today is sustainability and we strongly believe that the future will be based on this issue. We already use clean energy in our manufacturing, we recycle products and we have invested in innovative products such as biodegradable yarns. We have 2, 500 photovoltaic panels on the roof of our factory and we already have electric cars for our salespeople. Belrey Fibres SA is a family owned textile recycling company with state-of-the-art machinery and is based in Mouscron, Belgium. Our recycled fibres in polypropylene, polyester and nylon serve a wide variety of end uses such as nonwovens for various industries : automotive, geotextiles, drainage, isolation, compounding and yarn spinning. Another recovery route is regranulation and compounding, which transforms thermoplastic textile waste into granules to manufacture plastic parts. BIEGLO is a distribution company for high-performance plastics based in Hamburg, Germany. We are the exclusive distributor of polyether ether ketone (PEEK) CoPEEK from Panjin Zhongrun and sell polyimide (PI) Meldin® from Saint Gobain and (TPI) AURUM® from Mitsui Chemicals. Our range also includes polybenzimidazole (PBI), polyamide-imide (PAI) and polyetherimide (PEI). We also recycle. We buy back clean, sorted PEEK scrap. International operations are important to BIEGLO. We have many foreign customers, and can now draw on an international network of suppliers to deliver our popular products. BIEGLO also operates a number of online shops: PEEK-shop.de, PI-shop.de, PAI-shop.de, PBI-shop.de and PEI-shop.de. Our CoPEEK comes from Panjin Zhongrun in China. We offer it as either granulate or powder in different viscosities. Our range also includes semi-finished products in PEEK, including plates, tubes, rods, filaments and films. Meldin® PI is supplied by Saint Gobain and manufactured in the USA. We supply Meldin® semi-finished products in the form of plates and rods, as well as direct formed parts. AURUM® thermoplastic polyimide from Mitsui Chemicals in Japan is the thermoplastic with the highest glass transition temperature (Tg) of 245 °C. We offer PBI and PBI PEEK compounds made from Celazole®. Products in the Celazole® T Series are PBI compounds developed for injection moulding and extrusion.
